Description
- Providing financial support to the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Processing invoices, receipts and payments in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assisting with payroll administration.
- Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Communicating with staff and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Profile
A successful Interim Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate up to £15 per hour
- 37.5 hour working week
- Immediate start role
- 3-4 months with a chance of extension
- Bradford based with on site parking
