Description

  • Providing financial support to the Accounting & Finance Department.
  • Processing invoices, receipts and payments in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assisting with payroll administration.
  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Communicating with staff and stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Profile

A successful Interim Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate up to £15 per hour
  • 37.5 hour working week
  • Immediate start role
  • 3-4 months with a chance of extension
