About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Purchase Ledger Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the transactional finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations Management: Manage the financial transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded, processed, and reported.
  • Team Leadership: Line manage and support the development of a small team, providing guidance and advice to ensure the team's success.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Financial Improvement: Identify areas for financial improvement and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, managing or supervising accounts payable, receivable, and/or payroll.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to start an assignment ASAP and commit to at least a 4-month period.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and a keen eye for detail.
