As a Sales Engineer, you will oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Sales Engineer Responsibilities
  • Utilize automotive/aerospace engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional support throughout the sales process
  • Raise customer quotations, sales orders, and review contract documentation
  • Oversee timelines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with production capabilities
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Engineer Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a CNC machining and precision manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of automotive/aerospace engineering principles and applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused mind set with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Sales Engineer Day-to-Day
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate customer quotations and process sales orders
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the sales process
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
