Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Engineer to join our team at STEM Recruitment. As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting sales managers in increasing the sales of services, process solutions, equipment, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to achieving company sales targets and profit targets applicable to all assigned brands products on an international market.
  • Work with existing Sales Managers on all projects from quotation to order closure and delivery at final site to understand and master the process.
  • Gain an understanding of commercial contracts and associated commercial documentation such as letters of credit and export requirements.
  • Understand how to produce accurate forecasts of business and market needs, with formulated travel and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Spent approximately 30% of your time on international travel, developing and nurturing business relationships that provide sales.
Requirements
  • Must be educated to degree level (Electrical Engineering subjects).
  • Shows an eagerness to progress and willingness to travel when in a higher position.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
