Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of technical projects using a stage-gated process.
  • Implement Systems Engineering best practices to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Contribute to the production and delivery of technical reports and presentations.
  • Support the Senior Engineer in scoping, planning, and estimating future activities.
  • Organize personal training and development under the guidance of a professional mentor.
Requirements:
  • Degree/HND/NVQ4 level in STEM vocational and project management qualifications.
  • Practical experience in leading small project teams, delivering projects using a stage-gated process, and implementing Systems Engineering best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with systems such as electrical systems, distributed camera systems, network-controlled systems, PLC-controlled systems, or motion control systems.
  • Mentoring and coaching other members of staff.
