By joining this team you will contribute to the product strategy of our Sky Bet web and native products, as well as Super 6, Fantasy Football and ITV7. Working with the best digital minds in tech, you'll create innovative products and applications and you'll develop systems and software that can handle the biggest of challenges - like 11m financial transactions every Saturday afternoon.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead on setting out the long term (12 months plus) vision and priorities for your Product area 

  • Work with Trading, Commercial, Marketing and Insight teams to help define plans and deliverables with clear KPIs and metrics to maximise value to customers and the business  

  • Lead the delivery of new products from discovery through to launch 

  • Have overall Product responsibility for at least one Delivery Squad 

  • Coach and/or line management of Product Managers and/or Product Executives, as appropriate

  • Prioritise product backlogs and manage the roadmap 

  • Work with Insight and research teams to understand and validate the impact of product changes 

  • Draw on your collaborative skills to embed yourself within a successful team

  • Inspire and motivate the teams and stakeholders you work with to drive and improve the customer experience of our products

  • Be passionate when exploring best product practice, technology and media trends - all with the aim of making things better for SBG and it's customers

  • Youâll have an analytical and inquisitive mind-set with the ability to translate business cases and analysis into tangible outcomesÂ
