In this role, you will:

  • Dive deep into customer and transactional data to unearth insights that drive smarter business choices.
  • Craft compelling narratives from intricate data analyses, providing a clear window into our customers' world for stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine customer models and segmentations, enhancing strategy and customer experiences.
  • Decode customer interactions across Asda's multichannel landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer-centric outcomes.
  • Partner with data scientists and external agencies to track the success of new initiatives and marketing efforts within our customer segments.

    • Proficient in SQL with a track record of technical excellence.
    • Familiarity with R, Python or Power BI is a plus
