Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Data Insight Analyst with a passion for using data to drive business decisions to work on an exciting customer-driven data transformation programme. As a member of the data insight and analytics team, you will work closely with colleagues from commercial and operational departments to understand key business processes and design, implement, and maintain data models to optimise these processes.

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and identify areas for improvement, whilst also designing and building data models that drive insights and support decision-making.

Data Insight Analyst - Key Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with data modeling

Comfortable querying, manipulating and transforming large datasets

Experience with SQL and other data manipulation or reporting tools

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between technical and business needs to drive value and insight from data
