Location: Central London

Salary:£22-£28

Hours: Full time

Contract : 6 month FTC  

Duties:

  • Assist in the onboarding process; uploading adverts, shortlisting, organising interviews, delivering feedback and organising orientations
  • Perform right to work checks for all new employees
  • Advise on disciplinary and employee performance problems
  • Maintain employee database

Essential Skills:

  • CIPD L3 qualified
  • Previous experience in an HR Officer role, preferably 12 months minimum
  • Experience in a housing association

Desirable Skills:

  • Onboarding experience
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
