Business & Production Controller Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire presales process, from initial RFQ through to submitting quotes.
  • Oversee the order process, project managing from supplier to customer until delivery.
  • Generate project plans and conduct timely status review meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Report on presales and order status during weekly team meetings.
  • Engage with existing and potential customers to generate leads, enquiries, and orders.
  • Maintain SharePoint and ensure clean folder management.
  • Collaborate with all departments and engage with suppliers.

Business & Production Controller Experience

  • A background in engineering is ideal but not absoutly essential
  • UK Driving license is required
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook)
  • CRM and MRP systems experience is ideal but can be trained
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Team player who can work independently and proactively.
  • Strong data management and organizational skills.

Training will be provided, and ongoing support will be available from each department. The ideal candidate will have the right attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism to embrace this opportunity and grow into a key senior role within the team.
