Key Activities and
Responsibilities:
Ensuring AP tasks are delivered, timely, effectively and efficientlyMaintaining a high level of service to internal customers and external suppliersRepresenting the AP team in meetings/projectsFirst point of escalation for AP team members - assisting with any queriesTimely checking and accurate processing of invoices and paymentsAdministrating and managing systems, and supporting employee expense paymentsInterfacing with various internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any issues/queries.Responsible for ensuring various team admin tasks are carried out and completed e.g. holiday spreadsheet, recurring cost listings, and direct debit listingMay perform other related/ad hoc projects as required and/or assigned
Experience:
Previous supervisory experienceSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principlesData entry skillsHands-on experience with Microsoft ExcelA high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to detail with large volumes of data/invoicesHigh understanding of the end-to-end process of AP
