Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating the Recruitment Process: Manage job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews seamlessly.
  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment systems and assist with preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and provide efficient recruitment support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience.
