The Governance Support Team offer Business Support to a range of Local Authority services providing a wide range of administration tasks which will allow the development of you're skills and knowledge. Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent Customer Service via telephone and E-Mail to a range of stakeholders
  • Process on line Applications and record sensitive information in internal electronic systems
  • Coordinate events, including the production and distribution of agendas and reports
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of records in line with data security, retention and protection policies
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualifications in Administration, English and Maths (equivalent to GCSE)
  • Experience of using digital applications including Microsoft Office 365 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently, with minimum Supervision
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and be resilient under pressure.
  • Be organised and methodical to manage statutory deadlines within a process
