Legal Business Officer

Job Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for a person to undertake the post of Legal Business Officer in the Legal Services Unit. We are committed to providing an excellent service to all our customers liaising with fee earners and other customers to prioritise incoming work, develop relationships and offer an excellent effective customer service.

Main Responsibilities
The main duties of the role of Legal Business Officer function within the Legal Services Unit (LSU) include:
- Updating bundles and photocopying.
- Collection delivery and sorting of incoming/outgoing items.
- Printing and scanning, interfacing with the case management system.
- Word processing including audio typing, transcription work, copy typing.
- Processing invoices and order via CAPITA/Integra 2.
- File management.
- Supporting the CSC manager to continuously improve systems and processes and the teams centric approach.
- Variety of support duties as and when required.

You will be expected to conduct and manage your own task with appropriate supervision. You must be able to communicate effectively with members, senior officers and clients.
