Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to work within Imperial College Business School. The Business School is a world-leading research institute, home to a suite of innovative MSc and MBA programmes.

Duties and Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team. You will be supporting the day-to-day operations of our Online and Executive MBA programmes, providing the highest quality, professional administrative support to both academics and students. Your approach to programme administration will focus on immaculate planning and executing, improving student experience, fostering innovation and driving continuous quality improvements.

Essential Requirements

You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. You should have the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and within a team.

You should be able to implement change on both a strategic and operational level and have experience of managing and developing staff within a professional environment. Experience in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage, as would an interest in business and online education. You will need to be an organised self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills and attention to detail.
