Head of Corporate Partnerships

Fleet, United Kingdom CHM Full time

Head of Corporate Partnerships
Salary: £45,000 depending on experience.
Location: Hybrid – as an outward facing role the organisation wants to give you the flexibility to be out there inking up with prospects, so they are very flexible on the requirement to attend their office in Fleet. Regular catchups with the wider team are obviously important but can be facilitated via online meetings or in person bi-weekly in the office.
Hours: 35-hour per week – nominally 9.00am to 5pm but flexible to accommodate (Reduced hours considered for the right candidate)

You could help 100,000 children a year live their best lives.

This employer is a dynamic and impactful charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children and young people through the power of the rugby community.

Their supporters in thirty-eight regions across UK and Ireland, generously raise over a £million every year through events, donations, and challenges. In turn they provide grants to local charities who work to give the best life opportunities to children living with disabilities, those disadvantaged and those disengaged from society.

Use your conversation to be a corporate convertor…

As the charity's Head of Corporate Partnerships, they are passing you their 40-year legacy of supporting over a million children to live their best lives, for you to convert corporates onto the charity's team. Over the next 5 years the organisation is looking to help the next million and they need you on the front row.

The charity has identified corporate funding as one of their largest growth areas. This is a new role which will take a lead in developing and driving forward a new business partnerships strategy. You’ll be able to shape the new strategy alongside building upon the successful relationships with the corporate partners already supporting the organisation.

If you’re an ambitious, experienced corporate fundraiser with a track record of winning, retaining, and developing high value partnerships within the charity, sports or arts sector, this is fresh opportunity to really mark your mark. If you’re ready to make a difference for the UK’s children, then the charity would love to have you in their squad.

Closing date: 12 August 2024
Interview date: w/c 17 August 2024
