**The Role**

Assist the Head of Partnerships and the Partnerships Co-ordinator
Assist in producing marketing content for communications to our members, including e-marketing campaigns and assisting in producing informative guides for our members.

To assist the membership team with outbound and inbound calls when not carrying out administration work for the Partnership’s team

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Partnerships Administration**

Assist the Head of Partnerships and Partnerships Co-Ordinator with the provision and maintenance of the BII Trusted Partners
- Regular reporting and analysis of partner usage to help drive awareness and prompt member usage.
- Assist in the drawing up of commercial contracts for partners.
- Assisting with:

- Ensuring all Partner offers are well presented and up to date on Trusted Partner section of BII Website
- Work with the team in the development of the Trusted Partner marketing plan.
- Assist in the production of marketing products to promote our Trusted Partners, in the form of e-marketing and promotional guides.
- Assist with all other administration work for the BII team.
- Assist the Membership team in ensuring all new members are loaded to the CRM system correctly and in a timely manner.
- Make outbound calls to members to aid member retention.
- Post membership certificates and other materials as and when required.
- Other general administrative duties as and when required.
- Attend BII events and roadshows where company partners and suppliers are involved, with aim of growing and maintaining relationships.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable to assist the Head of Partnerships and the Partnerships Co-ordinator.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

We are looking for aconfident and outgoing person who is able to work as part of a team to achieve one united goal.
Experience in a customer services or administration role would be preferred but is not essential, enthusiasm and great work ethic is more important.
On occasion to be willing to work outside of normal office hours at events and trade shows.

**Skills, Abilities and Knowledge**
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Proactive, positive, and used to working without daily supervision, self-motivated.
- Ability to work to clear KPIs and report against them regularly.
- Excellent telephone manner and face to face customer communication skills.
- A team player; flexible in work attitude and duties.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence - preferrable but not essential

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
