ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an entry level position.

The aim of the role is to provide your allocated customers a great customer experience by building strong trusting relationships with them. Understanding the market and been able to position products from Arrowâs line card within their business to help develop and grow the account.

The successful candidate will be a professional, self-motivated, focused individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and Vendors

This is an office-based role (Newmarket) with a possible hybrid model.

What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

  • Working closely with the Business Development Managers, Product Specialists and the aligned vendor and partner contacts.

  • Managing and maintaining the pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base.

  • Assisting and supporting your accounts on queries.

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with vendor personnel.

  • Meeting margin/ revenue targets.

  • Taking responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set.

  • You have sales background

  • Fluency in Englishâ¯Â 

  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationshipsâ¯â¯Â 

  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

  • Effective communication with people at all levelsâ¯â¯Â 

  • Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors (training will be given)

  • Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.

  • Sound business acumen and ability to understand and interact with the customer.

  • Competent in standard Microsoft Office applications

  • A confident self-starter and strong team player

  • Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly

Hours of Work
