We are looking to welcome a Fulfillment Operations Co-Worker join our amazing Fulfilment Team in Edinburgh unit name.

Your remit for the role will be to take responsibility as part of the Fulfilment Operations team for the completion of the core process in the most efficient, commercial, and safe way possible before the start & during our operational day.

Expected Starting Date: 13th October 2024

WHAT WE OFFER

• This role offers an hourly rate of £12.00
• 24 or 30 hours per week, working hours will be either 4am-10am or 6am-10am shift, over either 4 or 5 days depending on the contract size.
• IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Proven experience in utilising technical equipment.
• Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to make things happen in a fast-paced omnichannel environment.
• Experienced in following action plans and working methods through guidance from manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Effectively perform the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
• Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
• Contribute to optimized daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way, applying, and sharing good examples.
