The successful candidates will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and reassurance to enable our client to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to our client, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as managing the home, staying healthy, and engaging in community activities.
- Support our client in developing their skills and interests, including outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and social interactions.
- Collaborate with our client to set and achieve goals, promoting their personal growth and development.
- Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our client.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving license (desirable).
