The Client:

An innovative and rapidly growing fintech company, is looking to hire a 2-4PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements. vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and customer terms and conditions.
  • Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company’s operations align with legal requirements.
  • Advise on corporate governance issues, including company policies, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions.
  • Provide general legal support to senior stakeholders in various departments, including product development, marketing, and human resources, ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be a 1-6 PQE Commercial lawyer, preferably with experience in a law firm, fintech or financial services firm.
  • Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

*Candidates outside this PQE range with the relevant experience for the role will be considered for the opportunity.
