Robert Walters is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our in-house legal team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing commercial advice to support the growth of our business.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and hone your commercial legal skills in a fast-growing, innovative business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales, software, and regulatory teams, to provide practical and commercial advice.

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of complex commercial and customer agreements, supporting the development of internal policy infrastructure, and advising on various commercial, data privacy, and regulatory matters.

Your Background

We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with in-house exposure in the UK and ideally 2-4 years' PQE. You will have experience of negotiating and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a fluid environment.

Industry experience in the telecoms or tech sectors would be advantageous, as would an understanding of fast-paced sales orientated environments. You will be able to come into the City of London offices c. 3 days per week.
