Description

Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issuesImplement HR policies and proceduresCoordinate and manage recruitment processesDrive employee engagement initiativesHandle employee relations and performance managementAssist with learning and development activitiesContribute to HR projects as requiredEnsure compliance with HR legislation and best practice

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related fieldSolid knowledge of HR practices and employment lawStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to handle sensitive information with discretionExperience in a similar HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sectorDemonstrable experience in managing a variety of HR functions
