The main purpose of this role is to provide extra administration support to the wider business. This role is well suited to those with strong administration experience, it is essential that you are computer literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Role Responsibilities:
  • Managing and distributing incoming mail.
  • Processing courier requests and preparing the appropriate paperwork.
  • Administering switchboard business calls and forwarding to the relevant departments.
  • Reception duties such as administering visitor passes.
  • Managing catering and transport requests.
  • Updated system with upcoming office visits.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Any other administration tasks required by management.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
