This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a billing clerk capacity, where you will be responsible for issuing accurate invoices, creating and issuing credit memos, resolving billing issues, updating customer portals, and liaising daily with Customer Service teams and Sales to ensure accurate billing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a processing or administrative role, with proficiency in English language skills. This role requires the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work with a segregated team across different time zones. What you'll do:

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of invoices and credit memos, resolve any billing issues, and maintain updated customer portals. You will also be required to liaise daily with Customer Service teams and Sales to ensure accurate billing. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support high volumes of work.

Issue accurate invoices ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date
Create and issue credit memos as per company policies
Resolve any billing issues that may arise promptly and efficiently
Update customer portals regularly to ensure accurate information is available
Liaise daily with Customer Service teams and Sales to ensure accurate billing
Support high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail


What you bring:

The ideal Finance Assistant candidate brings a wealth of experience from previous processing or administrative roles. She has excellent English language skills, with proficiency in other languages being an added advantage. She can effectively manage her time and prioritise tasks according to urgency. Experience working with multiple currencies is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint is expected. Above all, she possesses excellent written/communication skills.

Experience working in a processing or administrative role is essential
Proficiency in English language skills; knowledge of other languages would be an asset
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
Experience working with multiple currencies is desirable
Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
Excellent written/communication skills are necessary
