Main Purpose of Role

  • FAIR generation to ensure customer requirements are being met
  • To assume responsibility of the administration functions of the Quality department such as, corrective action generation, data collection, monthly reports, etc.

Outcomes of Role

  • Accurate generation of department monthly reports by end of week 1 each month
  • Generation and distribution of FAIR s to AS9102 standard based on customer requirements
  • Compliance with ESD Standard BS EN 61340
  • Compliance with MSD Standard IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033
  • Accurate generation of weekly QOS data

Responsibilities

  • Generation and distribution of FAIR s to AS9102 standard based on customer requirements
  • Generate and display department monthly reports
  • Daily humidity & temperature data recording
  • ESD audits and process control to ensure compliance to BS EN 61340
  • MSD audits and process control to ensure compliance to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033
  • Compliance with ESD Standard BS EN 61340
  • Compliance with MSD Standard IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033
  • Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.

Person Specification

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Computer literacy
  • Working in teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst meeting tight deadlines

Salary

£26100k plus pension, cashplan healthcare and Death in Service 6x salary.

Working Hours:

8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am 1pm Friday
