You will do this by creating material and content that reflects our employer brand and showcases why we are an employer of choice

As the Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for:

  • Create different types of media to raise the profile of Danaher/PID to become an employer of choice use on social media, helping us to engage with passive talent and promote our Employer Brand.

  • Create and implement a content calendar that the Talent Acquisition team use

  • Analyse the performance of content

  • Collaborate with recruiters in the Talent Acquisition team to establish campaign objectives, target audiences and attraction strategy.

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for blogs, marketing materials, social media, newsletters etc

  • Conducting research and interviews to create video job descriptions, employee spotlights and many more

  • Suggesting new ways to promote our Employer Brand and to reach talent

Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

  • Qualification in Graphic Design and experience using creative applications

  • Excellent working knowledge of social media channels and how to utilise their features and functions.

  • Excellent eye for content, creative and aesthetics.

  • Experience creating strong, engaging content in various forms of media

  • Creativity, disruptive thinking, and ability to âthink outside of a boxâ

  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Strong listening and communication skills.
