About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Glebe Farm Foods. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in helping us maximize profitability through the provision of excellent digital marketing, artwork creation, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist the marketing team with all marketing-related administration, including providing support and cover for the Sales Support Coordinator.
    • Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to comments and messages.
    • Assist with email marketing campaigns by designing and creating email templates, managing email databases, and tracking metrics.
    • Support content creation efforts, such as writing blog posts, creating infographics, or designing social media visuals.
    • Analyze website traffic data, measure site performance, and create reports to identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Assist with keyword research and competitor analysis and optimize website content for search engines.
    • Help with the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across different media platforms.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
    • Monitor and respond to online reviews.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Project Coordination
    • Support the coordination of marketing projects, managing timelines, and communicating with team members.
    • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics that measure the success of marketing campaigns.
    Requirements
    • Digital marketing experience, either through academic or commercial experience.
    • Administrative experience.
    • Ideal experience with design or digital marketing packages.
    • Ideal experience with using a CRM.
