Head of Product Partnerships, Product and Operations Team - Everyone TV

We have an exciting and key role in our Product team Working to the Chief Product Officer, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the product direction of Everyone TV, and in particular the evolution of our new service Freely, over the years ahead.

You will be leading this work and doing so through the development of excellent relationships with your senior product counterparts at major global TV device & OS companies, as well as with senior representatives from our shareholders: BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

You'll work closely with the Commercial team and develop a close understanding of their needs and drivers, so that you can effectively shape UX outcomes that meet Everyone TV's requirements.

The role has a significant external focus. As well as partner engagement, you will be contributing to the wider industry promotion of Everyone TV's services, particularly Freely, and acting as a key product figurehead at industry events, and in support of our trade and consumer marketing activities.

You'll have product development experience and knowledge of how TV platforms work; and understand the relationship between content providers, device partners, operating systems; and the commercial dynamic of the sector. In addition, you'll be consumer-focused and be commercially and politically aware - able to balance the interests of multiple stakeholders with different objectives.

Strong presentation abilities and experience of negotiation environments and partnering-based organisations is essential, and you will be highly skilled in influencing and persuading. You'll have excellent writing skills and be confident to present to large external audiences.
