St Joseph's Hospital are looking for a Patient Advisor to join our Outpatient Bookings department. 

Duties and responsibilities

Provide an efficient and professional Customer Service to patient’s consultants and colleagues.

Ensure personal and team sales targets are met, using trackers/CRM systems to capture information.

Follow all sales process and keep an accurate tracker to ensure opportunities are maximised. 

Have excellent understanding of the patient pathways throughout the hospital.

Have excellent knowledge of all consultants/specialties.

Maintain the website enquires, again ensuring we capture information in trackers/CRM systems if not converted into an appointment.

Maintain an up to date and accurate call back system ensuring we provide relevant information at the appropriate time and maximise the sales opportunity. 

Manage you personal call statistics to ensure you are contributing to the overall team call performance 

Provide accurate pricing guides to patients.

Ensure all data that is captured is accurate and appropriate when booking appointments, eg correct GP surgery, credit card details etc.

Essential
