Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Control Tower Operator to join their team.

The Control Tower Operator will oversee the coordination and monitoring of all logistics activities.

This role will require excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact for all logistics activities, including shipment tracking, carrier communications, and supply chain coordination.
  • Monitor and analyse logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Communicate with carriers and logistics service providers to ensure compliance with transportation and delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any logistics issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Import and Export processes
  • 2 years minimum experience within a freight forwarding company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software.
