Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the hotel management team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction and revenue
  • Manage and control hotel costs, including labor, inventory, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel operations management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Knowledge of hotel operations systems and procedures
