Director of Registry Services

Our client's primary focus is to make Norfolk a better place to live and work by enhancing the educational opportunities and achievements of the communities they serve. They are a collaborative and inclusive organisation and they have just launched their new strategic plan that sets out an exciting future for their learners, staff and stakeholders.

Our client is seeking a Director of Registry Services to lead and transform their admissions, student records, exams and awards processes. You will lead several dedicated teams and ensure efficient operations to secure regulatory and funding compliance. As an experienced leader, you have the know-how to manage registry systems and processes. You will also bring a deep professional understanding of how to develop people and their skills in this area. You will actively work with colleagues to design and lead a new digitally enhanced Registry with automated processes and workflow to help your team reduce manual tasks.
