Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial support to the programme lead in the deployment and execution of the Partnering for Purpose initiative and related projects
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on programme objectives
  • Work with various communications and marketing teams to amplify and drive awareness of the programme, delivering on required objectives and deliverables
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of the digital platform(s), including user testing and process creation and documentation
  • Oversee and track content creation and ensure high-quality deliverables including blogs/ impact stories, digital platform assets and other related documentation
  • Organize and schedule project-related meetings and events such as webinars. Manage communications pertaining to these events.
  • Implement project management best practices and maintain accurate records of tasks and milestones using project management tools.
  • Build project plans and work closely with the programme lead to define project objectives, deliverables, processes and milestones.
  • Track and update all project tasks on project tools and document libraries including Airtable, SharePoint and Qualtrics.
  • Manage and track related Purchase Orders (POs), cross charges and invoices to completion and payout
  • Leverage your knowledge, experience and passion to help define programme parameters and chart the Partnering for Purpose forward.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Be available for a 12-month minimum contract
  • A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience in programme and project management, and coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills with experience interacting comfortably with executives and individuals with diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • At home in the digital landscape and comfortable using online tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage global projects with dynamic, virtual, and global teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently in a remote team as a remote worker.
  • Comfortable working across global time zones, most frequently PST (US west coast).
  • Ability to prioritize information and present findings effectively.
  • Strong design, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled communicator (written and oral)
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment, able to redirect efforts as required.
  • Ability to support team with project management as we map plans to extend this work (from Partners) to customers.
