About the Role

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the project management and effective operation of a website transformation project for one of our clients. This is a part-time role, up to 3 days/week, with a regular need to collaborate with the client's team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
    • Update key stakeholders on project status and progress
  • Client Communications and Expectations
    • Manage client communications and expectations throughout the project
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Closely collaborate with internal teams, marketing, communications, CRM, and the broader organization to drive the project to completion
    • Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Process Improvement and Optimization
    • Assess working methods and processes and make recommendations for improvement
    • Identify and implement clear metrics and project milestones
    • Review project resources and provide an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience working as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, focusing on website transformation projects
  • Experience with managing the production schedule across an entire web development cycle
  • Experience managing complex website projects, including mobile and web apps
  • Project experience in reporting and relating documentation
  • Experience managing project roadmaps
  • Effective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high-functioning, productive, and engaged teams to operate
