Main duties:
-Answering queries that may arise relating to best purchasing practices and procedural elements of the Procurement Policy.
-Manage the requisition to order process for goods and services using Oracle Cloud, This includes understanding the of Framework Agreements, where to buy from, how to buy and what terms and conditions to use.
-Create Purchase Orders from internal requisitions and manage the Purchase Order lifecycle. Ensure that catalogues and Purchase agreements are used where available and that all purchases are coded with accuracy, along with ensuring Tender References are stated where applicable.
-Effectively manage your buyer dashboard in Oracle to ensure orders are completed and closed in a timely manner and to support prompt payment of invoices.
