Your Mission

Customer Master Data Management:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master data in On's systems, ensuring a single, comprehensive view of customer information.
- Develop and implement robust processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across On.
Data Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of customer data to identify and rectify inaccuracies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Customer Support, to address and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards related to customer master data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management policies.
- Monitor changes in data governance requirements and adjust processes accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide support and expertise on customer data-related matters, acting as a liaison between data management and other business functions.
Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for team members on data management best practices, ensuring that employees understand the importance of accurate customer data.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation related to customer data management processes for reference and training purposes.
System Integration:
- Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to integrate customer master data seamlessly across systems.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy in the flow of customer information between different platforms.

Your Story

- 3+ years experience in data management, with a focus on customer master data
- 2+ years management experience
- CRM software experience, ++ Salesforce
- ERP experience, +D365
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
