KeyResponsibilities:

  • Salesforce Architecture Design: Designand implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meetthe unique needs of the automotive industry ensuring seamlessintegration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Data Management: Develop and overseedata architecture strategies ensuring data integrity security andaccessibility. Manage data migration integration andsynchronization processes between Salesforce and other businesssystems.
  • AI Integration:Lead the integration of AI and machine learning (ML) technologieswith Salesforce to enhance business processes customer experiencesand decisionmaking. Identify opportunities for AIdriven insightsand automation.
  • CustomDevelopment: Oversee the development of custom Salesforceapplications components and solutions tailored to automotivebusiness requirements. Ensure that solutions are aligned with bestpractices and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including IT sales marketing andcustomer service to understand business needs and translate theminto technical solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor andoptimize the performance of Salesforce applications and AI models.Implement best practices for system efficiency reliability andscalability.
  • Compliance andSecurity: Ensure compliance with industry regulations andstandards particularly those related to data privacy and security.Implement and maintain robust security measures within theSalesforce ecosystem.
  • Innovation andContinuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trendsand advancements in Salesforce technologies data architecture andAI. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve oursystems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture includingSales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and relevant Salesforcecertifications.
  • Proven experience in dataarchitecture data management and data governance.
  • Strong expertise in AI and ML technologies with handsonexperience in integrating AI solutions with Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry and itsspecific business processes and challenges.
  • Proficient in programming languages and tools such asApex Visualforce Lightning JavaScript Python and relevant data andAI platforms.
  • Excellent problemsolving skillswith a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complexprojects.
  • Strong communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with bothtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team ofdevelopers and analysts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automotivespecific Salesforce solutionssuch as Automotive Cloud or similar.
  • Knowledgeof IoT and its applications in the automotive industry.
