The role reports to the Finance Executive.

This role supports primarily the Finance Executive supporting daily administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations. The role also assists the broader team. particularly in managing tasks related to training coordination, customer service, and training support. This position is essential for maintaining organisation within the company and facilitating smooth interactions with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

The range of tasks will grow as experience of the company and knowledge of the accounting system Xero is gained. Initially the key tasks include:-

  • Manage daily office tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and maintaining supplies Order stationary and other general supplies.
  • Help support the Sales & Operations Team, including logistics such as arranging travel for trainers, preparing materials, answering the phones, logging calls, etc.
  • All post room activities.
  • Booking hotel accommodation for Trainers, staff and others.
  • Assist with invoicing, processing expenses, and basic bookkeeping, copy invoices, petty cash and customer statements.
  • Help with setting up training rooms.
  • Provide administrative support where needed.
  • Any other duties as required throughout the organisation. This may involve working away from the office or support on the company's courses.

Person Specification (Experience/Knowledge/Skills & Abilities)

This role provides vital support to the company ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a thorough approach to task management, all contributing to the effectiveness and professionalism of the training services offered.
