Our Team

The DWS CSO I&A (Identity & Access) function designs, build, and operate strategic solutions for managing the request, approval, provision, revocation of access and recertification to IT assets across the organisation. This does include also Privileged Access Management. We will build a IAM (Identity & Access Management solution) based on Forgerock Technology and PAM (Privileged Access Management Solution) in the Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design for the Identity solutions

• Support service improvements

• Support on-boarding activities

• Understand and define requirements and business processes

• Understand and proactively support to manage operational, regulatory and other risks related to the service

• Support all workstreams e. g. Forgerock built, test and Go Live, CyberArk on-boarding activities, documentation improvements

Requirements:

• Technical and Business knowledge of IAM and PAM processes and solutions e. g. joiner, mover, leaver, request- and approval, SoD, recertification, Forgerock knowledge and CyberArk preferred, but not mandatory

• Experience in Information Security, specifically Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management

• Understanding of architecture and development frameworks, specifically Agile frameworks

• Attention to detail and able to deliver high quality material

• Good understanding of Information Security Control frameworks

• Strong analytical, problem solving, strategic agility, communication, influencing, communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of the financial services industry and its Identity & Access Management compliance requirements is a plus

Unser Team

DWS CSO I&A (Identity & Access) Funktion entwickelt und betreibt L?sungen, die die folgenden Prozesse abbilden: Zugriffsantr?ge, Genehmigungen, zur Verf?gung Stellung, L?schung und Rezertifizierung von Accounts und Rollen zu allen Systemen in der Organisation. Das schlie?t auch das Management von priviligiertem Zugriff mit ein. Das Ziel ist eine zentrale Identity und Access Management L?sung basierend auf Forgerock und eine Privileged Access Management L?sung basierend auf CyberArk in der Cloud aufzubauen.

Aufgaben:

• Unterst?tzung des Designs f?r die Identity and Access Solutions

• Support von Service Verbesserung

• Support der on-boarding Aktivit?ten

• Business Prozesse verstehen und Anforderungen dokumentieren

• Operationale, regulatorische und andere Risiken des Service verstehen

• Support aller IAM Bereiche e. g. Forgerock Entwicklung, Test und Go Live, CyberArk on-boarding Aktivit?ten, Erstellung und Verbesserung von Dokumentation

Anforderungen:

• Technisches und Business Know-How von IAM Prozessen, Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rezertifizierung, Request- und Approval, SoD, bevorzugt Forgerock und CyberArk, aber nicht zwingend notwendig

• Erfahrung in Information Security, speziell in Identity und Access Management und Priviliged Access Management

• Verst?ndnis von Architektur und Entwicklungs Prozeduren u. a. agile Entwicklung

• F?higkeit, Details zu analysieren und hohe Qualit?t an Material zu liefern

• Sehr gutes Verst?ndnis der Information Security Kontrollen

• Sehr gute analytische, Kommunikations- und Pr?sentationsf?higkeiten, Probleml?sungs orientiert

• Kenntnisse der Financial Services Industrie und der Identity & Access Compliance Anforderungen ist ein Vorteil
