We are seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead our efforts in driving business performance.
In this challenging and exciting role, you will:
- Lead and supervise the business performance team, providing support, development, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular business support meetings with budget holders to validate performance data, address concerns, and improve financial outcomes.
- Design, develop, implement, and improve Business Intelligence reports and various management information systems to support key business decision-making.
- Prepare, collect, and aggregate data by analysing, and summarizing information and trends to deliver comprehensive reports in simple and user-friendly charts, graphs, and tables.
- Develop and drive the forecasting process, including cash flow preparation, and provide updates on significant variances to senior management.
- Assist managers in creating investment plans and carry out post-implementation reporting to ensure financial objectives are met.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant degree and accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in providing technical business analysis.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence applications and data manipulation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience in conducting deep, rigorous research.
- High attention to detail and ability to organize data into logical formats.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines.
