Key Responsibilities- Manage all technical issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise a team of engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively.
- Manage agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
- Responsible for managing the company's health and safety and environmental performance on site.
- Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site and ensuring that they are implemented effectively.
- Recruit and manage any new staff required on sites.
- Responsible for the technical development of all staff, including annual appraisals.
- Manage client relationships on a daily basis and ensure that their needs are met.
- Manage all reports and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify and manage additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
- Responsible for the permit system and ensure that it is implemented effectively.
- Qualified in mechanical, commercial gas, Fgas and/or electrical qualifications.
- Strong technical engineering understanding and experience of managing large engineering teams.
- Previous experience of service delivery in high-profile contracts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding and varying workload.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Salary up to £60,000.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
