Your Mission
- Administer changes for team members from recruitment to offboarding in close partnerships with Talent Acquisition and Talent Business Partners
- Support global mobility through collection, review, and submission of visa and travel documents for team members
- Evaluating, driving, and implementing process, guideline, and workflow optimization -always looking for opportunities to automate and improve
- Support Talent Acquisition with full cycle recruitment support from application to acceptance of offer, this includes communication, scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, and booking candidate travel
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support an effective and timely interviewing process
- Identify areas of improvement for a world-class candidate experience and drive projects to find and implement new solutions and cross-collaborate with other teams to build innovative candidate-experience programs
- Maintain and update the Applicant tracking system (ATS) and scheduling tool to support a positive interview experience
- You will have global responsibilities and will support teams in Europe in addition to the United States, South America and APAC region
Your Story
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent (HR) Operations, Business Operations, Customer Service, or Talent (HR) Coordination.
- Knowledge of Global Mobility Practices is a plus
- Knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, and Prelude is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively across a wide variety of stakeholders
- Previous experience handling sensitive team member data or situations
- Knowledge of state and provincial break, meal, vacation, and other time off entitlements
