We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Mage Global Technologies. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining electronic personnel records, providing administrative support to the business, and supporting time and attendance systems. You will also be responsible for managing HR documents, preparing and issuing documents, and leading the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain electronic personnel records and provide a high level of administrative support to the business.
- Support time and attendance systems, including data entry and scanning of documents.
- Manage HR documents, including employment records and our internal database.
- Prepare and issue documents, including contracts of employment and amendments to contracts.
- Lead the recruitment process and liaise with external partners and recruitment firms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
