Do you have the talent and leadership attributes to shape lives and influence the future for our children? We are looking to appoint a talented and well-motivated practitioner to join our team. The portfolio will be within inclusion. We are seeking a future school leader of tomorrow.

We are looking for a special teacher and leader with:

vision, and an absolute focus on raising educational standards and outcomes through clear strategic leadership for inclusion and pastoral care including SENDto lead teams to meet the need and support the very best interests of our childreninstrumental in setting high expectations for oneself and others with the ability to create, develop and lead high performing and inclusive teamsan infectious passion for learning, inclusion and success to meet the needs of our pupilsan ambitious, inspirational and enthusiastic leader who has the ability to motivate others

This demanding role is a very exciting opportunity where you can make a difference. Strong leadership is a key pillar to our journey. The work of effective practitioners in the classroom and across the school, will support pupils and the school’s high aspirations going forward.
