What you'll do:

  • Prepare and maintain playing fields for various sports (football, cricket, bowls, etc.)
  • Execute seasonal groundskeeping tasks (spring clean-up, renovations)
  • Operate and care for groundskeeping equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
  • Perform general grounds maintenance (cutting grass, weeding, pest control)
  • Plant and care for greenery (trees, shrubs, hedges)
  • Keep the grounds clean and tidy (removing litter, debris, and dog waste)
  • Provide excellent customer service and address public inquiries
  • Adhere to safety regulations and attend team meetings

What you'll need:

  • Experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and equipment
  • Valid driving license (transit-sized vehicle or equivalent)
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for outdoor work and a positive attitude
