Grounds Care Operative - £12 per hour - Permanent Role

An excellent opportunity exists for a Grounds Care Operative to become part of the APCOA Parking Operations Management Team. This position entails responsibilities across multiple regions, including Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Northwest London, with the potential for additional duties during holiday periods in the southern areas. A rail pass will be supplied to assist with travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prune hedges and shrubs
  • Mow grassed areas, remove weeds, and clear fallen leaves
  • Maintain and sanitize signage, including minor repairs
  • Ensure cleanliness of sites and dispose of litter
  • Oversee grounds and plant life in parking facilities and adjacent areas
  • Travel to various locations to clear waste and manage vegetation

Essential Requirements:
