As a Pastoral Intervention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting student behavior and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting the Heads of Year, implementing effective intervention strategies, and working closely with the Assistant Headteacher to uphold and enhance our school's high standards. Your work will be integral to fostering a positive and respectful school environment where every student can thrive.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a genuine passion for student wellbeing. Experience in pastoral care or behaviour management within a school setting is essential. You should be proactive, resilient, and capable of working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for our students.
