About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Manager to join our Behaviour Support Team at a forward-thinking school in North Wolverhampton. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting student behaviour and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interventions to support student behaviour and well-being
  • Collaborate with Heads of Year and report to the Assistant Headteacher responsible for behaviour management
  • Enhance standards by fostering a positive and respectful environment
  • Work closely with staff, students, and parents to address barriers to learning and support student success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in behaviour management or pastoral care within a school setting
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities to effectively support and collaborate with students, staff, and parents
  • Genuine commitment to improving students' lives and creating an inspiring and supportive environment
  • Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS and Children's Barred List Check
