Facilities Manager

Leeds (Commutable from Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield, Pontefract, Huddersfield)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Flexible Hours + Holidays

Do you have experience in Facilities Management and are looking to step up into an autonomous role, where you will manage a portfolio of luxury properties within a multi-million management company.

This company is trusted nationwide as a market-leader in property management, as well as boasting great staff retention through training and progression. It is also known for its brilliant service and is looking to add to its team due to its ongoing success and plans for expansion.

In this days-based role, you will be managing the maintenance of a number of sites throughout the UK, ensuring that all pre-planned maintenance is undertaken to a high level of quality for the tenants and customers.

The role would suit a Facilities Manager who is looking to take the lead in a position with high responsibility and high autonomy, and develop their career within a market-leading company.
